I’m a classically trained pastry chef, and I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for (cough cough) a looong time. That’s where I learned to be so witty. 😉 In 2014 I started making cute little custom cakes for friends and family. Just for fun, because I missed making art, because friends don’t let friends eat a dry cake. Then people started requesting them, paying for them, coming up with crazy ideas. I spent the next year or so making four or five celebration cakes a week, holding down a full-time job, and running my entire business from a Facebook page.

Rental bikes, trail-a-bikes, and trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No advance reservations are offered or required. We recommend guests who bring their own bikes check in for a trail map and current trail conditions.

For more than a half century the Asheville Chamber Music Series (ACMS) has taken its place as an important cultural resource in Asheville, bringing world-renowned chamber artists to the city. As one of the nation’s oldest continuous performing chamber music organizations, it has been recognized for its outstanding programs and for its unique education component through a collaboration with the strings program of the Asheville-Buncombe Schools. We have five full zipline canopy tours that include multiple ziplines, sky bridges, rappelling and more! All our tours offer a soaring and gliding experience naturally fueled by changes in elevation. Canopy tours typically have 9-13 zips, with small groups of up to 10 Guests plus 2 Rangers, who take you through a guided trip in the tree canopy. Ziplines run from tree to tree with bridges, poles, man made towers and other elements so you have the most fun possible. All tours start with training, orientation, and practice zips.
